spotting at 9 weeks

I just graduated from RE to OB last week. 2 ultrsounds both showed all is going well. Hb last week was 180! Yesterday morning I woke up and noticed a quarter sized spot of blood in the bed. I did have a substantial amount of pinkish dc that eventually turned brown and today just a little bit of brown dc no cramping at all. I did call the clinic and the nurse didn't seem concerned, just told me to monitor and call OB if it gets darker or bad cramping. This is my first pregnancy and l guess im being a little bit of a worry wart. Just seeking some reassurance if anyone else experienced this. Thanks

    Spotting is never something anyone wants to see, but there are a lot of reasons why it happens that are totally normal. It's very reassuring that there wasn't a lot, no cramping, and that it has now turned brown. Doesn't necessarily make you worry any less though! Fwiw, I spotted/bled even during my DDs pregnancy and everything turned out fine! 

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Are you on endometrin? I was spotting and went so my OB had me come in for a scan. Both babies were fine. I think its from the endometrin.

    22R, 8M, 8F
    ET  (1-14-14) - 1 Grade A 8 cell = BFN
    FET (2-18-14)  1 grade A 12 cell and one early morula!
    BETA #1 (3-3-14) =1,389  p4 17.4
    BETA #2  (3-5-14) = 4,553 u/s showed one small g sac
    U/S #2      (3-17-14) Shows two little beans with heartbeats!!! TWINS!! 
                                       Heartbeats were 119 & 120 beans measured (6 weeks 1 day) (6 weeks 2 days)
    found out at 20 weeks that baby B went to heaven
    11/12/14 Baby girl arrived :)
    FET (1-24-16) Grade A early morula 
    BETA #1 300 p4. 11.1 
    BETA#2 1300
    u/s d 1 tiny babe :)
    10/7/16 another sweet baby girl
    4/18 SURPRISE + HPT 
    Beta #1 6 weeks 16,202 p4. 13.2

    Same thing happened to me when I was 9 weeks with DD except more initial blood but it tapered off the same way and all was good! I know it's impossible not to worry though.
