L&D Trip OB Update

Went to a bridal shower yesterday and was having some BH. Hung out afterward with the girls and for about 2 hours had BH non-stop with sharp pains. After dinner, started having some while driving, so I called the on call and since I was going to pass the hospital on the way home, she said to just stop by to get checked.

Long story short: urine showed no infection, cervix exam (OUCH!!!) showed no dilation, but she was surprised to find DS' head pressed against it. Was definitely having contractions, but just didn't pattern, so I was released with water and rest instructions.

I have my 34 week appt Tuesdsy so we will see what my OB says. Just tired and sore, a little emotional, but just wanted to let you ladies know what's going on.

Just got back from the OB. Here is a quick update:

34 weeks today, still measuring ahead at 36. Blood pressure is a bit higher than normal so they took blood and urine. Starting the 24-hour urine Thursday to turn in Friday. Checking for pre-e.

Haven't been feeling myself since Saturday night. Really tired, swollen, blah. Taking it easy and doing my best to relax and let DH help. Love you ladies!
