Help me induce!

Any good tips to induce labor naturally and safely? If I don't start it on my own I have a scheduled induction for this coming Tuesday night for medical reasons, but I would much rather go on my own! Any suggestions?

P.S. Sex, spicy food, foot massages, lots of walking are all things I've heard to help baby along.
