Sorry to a PW, but this is my personal board of helpful minions right?
So we started (read: I started tonight) getting her to go to sleep without a pacifier. I let her use it to get drowsy and then I pulled it out before she was completely asleep. But she decided to wake up at 3 am and ain't nobody got time for that so I tossed all the pacifiers back in her crib and went back to sleep (read: lay in bed bumping).
Does anyone know how to actually do this? Do I have to re sleep train because that could take months. Does the Pantley pull out method really work (that's what she said)?
TIA!

When the time comes, I think I'm going to try the approach @nech0606 mentioned.
