Tonight we went out to eat and decided to leave the car seats in the van. It was a blast! The boys loved sitting in the high chairs. There were so many squeals and clapping. The restaurant gave them little place mats and they were entertainment enough for them. C reminded me I need to purchase the disposable sticky place mats after licking the table a few times. He has to lick everything. Silly boy! Sorry C's picture is upside down and D's is sideways.

    They also have reusable sticky place mats that you can keep in the diaper bags and just wash off after each meal.

    Yay! Glad it went well!

    WE also use a reusable placemat (the one recommended by TJ).  It's called TinyDiner and has suction cups on the back so it sticks onto *most* restaurant tables.  It also has a trough which helps catching food scraps from falling onto the floor.

    Good to know TJ! I will have to look for those. The place mats were never one of the many things on my mind; until today that is. :)

    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!
    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!

    Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
    IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
    IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
    Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
    SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!

    Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    My parents are visiting this weekend, and we ate out with all the kids twice! It feels so liberating. They all did a fantastic job. Yay for getting out!

    So cute!! I remember the first time we put S in a high chair at a restaurant instead of her carrier and it was so much fun! I couldn't believe she was big enough. :) the boys are adorable!!
    MF (low motility) - Began stims for IVF#1 7/21/12
    ER 8/2/12 - 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and ICSI'd, 6 fertilized. ET 8/7 - 2 embies. Beta#1 8/17: 143! Beta#2 8/20: 590! Beta#3 8/22: 1,162! 1st US 9/4: one beautiful little bean with the best sounding HB I've ever heard!

    Cute! We went out to dinner last Thursday. I think it's so much scarier to go out w 2 kids instead of just 1, but it's so worth it to get out of the house.
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.
