ILs are having some housing issues. The house they were renting sold and they were given 15 days notice to move out. They moved in next door with H's grandmother (temporarily) a couple weeks ago until they close on the house they just signed a contract on. They have been house hunting for about a year and finally close on a wonderful one at the end of April. But H's grandmother's landlords are throwing a fit about them not being on the lease now (they were fine with it when they moved in two weeks ago).

Their pipes busted and ceilings and all had to be ripped out and their water shut off so they stayed with us last night. Now that the landlords are making a fuss they may have to find somewhere to stay the rest of the month til their house closes.

So... Looks like we may have a tight household for a bit. And on top of it all, MIL's Crohn's is flaring up.

It might not happen, but there is a very high possibility they will be staying with us for a while.

Good luck! Also, 15 days to move out..is that legal? In my state it's 60. It happenned to us in the past, so I know. How can you even find something in 2 weeks?
