Hi all! I didn't ovulate on my own the first time around. 3rd clomid cycle did the trick. Been ttc #2 for 15 months now. (Ectopic back in august). Got my bloodwork done this time and my progesterone levels are perfect!! 26! I am spotting at least a week before each period before it actually starts. I don't know what to do next. Office says cloud again but I don't see the point. Thoughts, advice, experience??

Have you done an HSG? That is a good starting point, esp. after an ectopic. Are you on Clomid now? You have to have this discussion with your Dr. to determine how you would like to move forward. Did you have testing done to determine why you don't O on your own? 

Sorry I don't have any experience with that issue in particular, but I've had an ectopic pregnancy, and I know there's a pretty high rate of recurrence (5%) so you I would start with making sure my tubes are opened/ not heavily scarred, etc.
