Stomach virus and fever

I'm on day 3 of a mild-ish stomach bug with a 100 degree fever that comes and goes. I've never had something like this last this long, it's usually a 12hr, 24hr tops, thing. The nurse said as long as the fever isn't getting to 104 and I'm getting fluids baby should be fine. But seriously, how can I NOT worry?!? Anyone have a similar experience?

Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
 3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Yep, I have had a low grade fever for the past 2 days! Also a bit nauseous and some diarhhea (sp? and sorry tmi). Anyway I have taken Tylenol and trying to drink alot of fluids. I have the same worries as you! but DH reminded me that I was sick alot when I was pregnant last time and Jeffrey was fine. Hope you feel better soon!!

    I have had a low fever for two days too! Mine is a chest cold though and the coughing and sneezing is causing cramps so bad sometimes I yell out in pain after :/ it's knocked me on my ass and I'm so worried about LO even though I know he/she should be fine.

    I had flu and pneumonia this pregnancy. Fever was 103 for five brutal days! All I ate was ice. Doc was not concerned. I was a nervous wreck!
    Me:35,  DH: 39   
    TTC since March 2011. All bloodword, SA & HSG are normal.  
    8/12: Clomid & TI - BFN 
    10/12: Colmid & TI - BFN 
    3/13:  Clomid, Trigger & IUI - BFN 
    4/13: Gonal F, Trigger & IUI: BFN  
    6/13: IVF #1 (1AA blast & 1BB blast) = BFN 
    8/13: FET #1= BFN
    10/13: FET #2= BFP!!!

    That sounds downright miserable! I'm so sorry you had to deal with that, but thank you for sharing!
