I say a check in maybe twice a week. I always seem to fall off the wagon on the weekends, when I'm out running errands, so maybe one in the beginning of the week and one on Fridays....??? Just a thought.
I'd like to join.....maybe we could make a yahoo group or facebook group so that we can stay motivated together...sometime you miss posts on the boards because you weren't on....it would be nice to have people to inspire you
I'm definitely interested. I put on about 20 lbs since my wedding. I need to still lose atleast 20, 40 would be great! I have some great cooking light recipes too.

I had no idea...totally missed that post.
Yeah, i usually miss them too, but I was off and up early today. They did a challenge for the month of December I think, and now they will be starting another. They have a site where they weigh in as well.
Are you kidding? Weight loss is a blast! My favorite part is moving your belt up a notch. I've knocked out two notches since Halloween. Woot!
That's awesome! I on the other hand have moved my belt out a notch! I figure a little competition will help get me going. I'm going to sign up for the next challenge for sure.

I gained 30 lbs in 2 months when I was on prozac two years ago. Never lost it!
