Last time we visited the DP I asked for a PT/OT referral. DD missed PT services from our district by 1 point.
So we had the eval for both a few weeks ago. DH took DD and told me everything went great and she was scoring at age level per both therapists.
Today I get the evals back... Not so much. Her grasp was listed at 15-16 month old, she's 40 months. Everything else in both OT/PT fell I'm the 20-24 month catagorey. PT said she had mild-moderate valgus of the ankle, something never mentioned to us prior. I tried to google about it a bit and saw things like "common in neuro muscular disorders". It also mentioned she had low tone over all and excessive dorsiflexion of both feet.
I'm confused and scared. Any experience with this? I requested genetic testing and specifically testing for retts previously and the DP declined saying there was no need.
Thoughts?
