We don't go out on dates often, maybe ever 6-8 weeks but we usually have a date night in once a week.

SS: Before we had LO, we would go out to eat and stuff a lot, but it wasn't a planned date night or anything; it was more spur of the moment.  Now that we have LO, we do most of the same things and just take him with us.  My mom did babysit a couple of times for us to go out to eat alone and to go to a baseball game, but we prefer to take LO with us because he's such an agreeeable little guy in public.

I didn't vote. We used to go weekly and still would if it weren't for the extreme separation anxiety we now have. My babysitters (my mom and sister) quit on us until she doesn't cry so much.
I didn't like her crying either but I hoped she would get used to it. She stays with Daddy fine though.

We used to weekly. Now it is rare that we get a night out alone without DD and we are just on a date. When we get a babysitter we are normally going to an event like a birthday party for a friend or something. We agreed that for now we would just put date nights on the back burner. In the future we said bi-weekly or at least monthly would be a good goal.
