I need positive vibes! (updated)

Hey ladies, I'm going for an interview at work here in about 15 minutes. It's for a sort of lateral move into a department I used to be in about 2 years ago  that's going to be better for my work/life balance as well as allow me to potentially move up in the company while maintaining that balance. 

Any positive vibes, thoughts and prayers, etc are greatly appreciated! :)
