Hi Ladies,

 

I joined in December and did an intro in another group but I am here now *deep breath*. I am 40, my husband is 43 and I have anovulation, not known cause, I also have diabetes that I control with diet and exercise.

TTC for a long time had two losses (one at 4-5 weeks and the second one at 7-8), now trying IUI. The first one was in late December and it failed and the second one happened yesterday, so fingers crossed. I am however nervous but not very excited or hopeful, I guess that is normal?

    December 2014: IVF #1.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  9R, 9M, 9F.  3 5-day blasts transferred 12/15. BFFN.
    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.

    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    Thanks, it is a relief to see that I am not the only one going through the wait. Not a happy thought but I do not feel alone which is good :)
    I haven't even told my parents or my parents in law about this, as they will keep asking me how did it go and it can be so nerve wracking!!!

    lap for endo 12/2010  uterus didelphys confirmed in hysteroscopy 
    dd born at 34 weeks 2/29/12  short NICU stay
    BFP somewhere around 2/14/13  d&c april @ 12 wks   partial molar diagnosed after d&c
    HCG monitoring for approx 11 months
    TTC  #2

    DH: 31 Fair DNA fragmentation test :( Normal SA
    TTC: since March 2012

    09-21-13 start IVF #1
    10-04-13 ER 6 eggs, 6 mature, all 6 fertilized. 3 frozen
    10-08-13 fresh transfer canceled due to high progesterone
    waiting for FET
    10-18 started BCP
    10-29 baseline appt scheduled
    11-20 scheduled date of FET #1
    12-2 BFN :(

    3-1-14 moving on to the next step. Switched RE. going to plan 3 IUI cycles while saving for IVF#2

    April 2014- IUI#1  BFN
    May 2014- IUI#2 BFN
    June 2014 IUI#3 BFN

    Taking a break for a while, focusing on our wedding.

    Sept 24th missed period! Surprise natural BFP
    10-15-14 first ultrasound
    06-05-15 EDD

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    Thank you ladies, I am quite overwhelmed by the welcome so thanks. I hope I can contribute too.
    The last few days have been a bit...weird? I do not know if it is the hormones but I am really sad, not like I am going to cry sad but just down. 
    Oh well hope that does not last long as I am no fun at the moment! Have a great Saturday ladies!!!

    TTC#1 (between us): June/July 2013

    DX: MFI (low count and motility)
    Charting/OPK/CBFM July 2013-present
    1st RE Visit: January 2014
    Cycling: 
    March 2014- 75iu follistim + trigger + progesterone + IUI = BFN and OHSS
    (8 million post wash 47% motility, 18mm/17mm/16mm/16mm/14mm follies)
    April/May 2014- Benched due to cysts/enlarged ovaries
    June 2014- 50iu follistim + trigger + progesterone + IUI = BFP!!
    (10 million post wash 60% motility, 20mm/19mm follies)
    Beta 1- 85 Beta 2- 2,752 - EDD 2/27/2015


    Everyone welcome. Strength in numbers!

    Thanks ML :) I am very excited about this but also calmed, I mean I do not need to POAS as much as I did last time we tried this :)

    Today my mood is better, I guess fertility drugs can have this effect on you (actually I am pretty sure)...again I pity my husband :)

    @Krullebol‌. I had meltdowns of epic proportions last night where I bawled for hours whilst friend kept saying "it's not you, it's the hormones." Awkward.

    Hi Ladies, just as an update out IUI failed again so was a bit depressed and did not want to talk to anyone...but I am back to this wonderful board!!!
    We have decided to wait in this TTC until I am ready and will probably go for egg donation :)
    Oh well...hope you nice ladies are doing great :)

    Have you tried/heard of Arvigo Maya massage therapy? I've started it 3 months ago and my periods are pain free now, it also can help with regulating anything 'down there' so ovulation issues could easily be looked at.  They also do stuff with herbs and vaginal steams, which I haven't tried.  Google it if you want, it is non invasive and you basically massage yourself every night on your abdomen in a specific way. xoxo
    TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.  
    Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
    I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.  
    July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal 
    DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes.  Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube.  If that doesn't help then move to IVF. 
    Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help.  Doubts I have endometriosis.  My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!) 
    Seriously considering IVF in March/April
    12/17/14 - Natural BFP!
