Good morning ladies! Hope things are going well for you! My week has calmed down quite a bit and we're starting to get sunshine again!!!!! I'm one happy camper! 

How much have you lost this week?

    Well... I haven't stepped on my own scale in a long time but I had my annual exam this week and was down 4 pounds from the last "weigh in." I'm not going to count it totally though because it's not from my home scale... 

    How much total? 
    IF the dr.'s office was correct, that would be down 9.

    Any non-scale victories? 
    I don't know if this would be considered a victory or not but I decided to try and go to counseling.  My body image is so far in the toilet, I feel like I need to get help.  I have a hard time believing complements in my direction are true or heart felt.  I feel like, if I felt as though I deserved to lose weight, I would be more apt to do a better job at this weight loss stuff.  

    What hurdles did you have? 
    Eating anything and everything.  

    GTKY: What's your favorite summer time activity?
    Either swimming or camping... We're going to have to find a way to camp with J. We don't do it very often but we have so much fun when we do! I also love water parks!!! 
  • I took a two week vacation from being healthy. There was just too much going on in my life to eat well. The tough times are not over but I am getting back on the wagon.

    I have not weighed myself lately.

    Non-scale victory: getting back on the wagon even though food is usually how I cope with stress. (And my life just became much more stress filled)

    Summer Activity: I love camping! I love all the activities we do while camping. (Hiking, swimming etc) We go every year except we might not get to go this year.

    Picnics and playing outside with my kids are a lot of fun as well. Theme parks are fun but I prefer less crowded places these days.

    How much have you lost this week? nothing stayed the same.
    How much total? maybe 2 pounds or so
    Any non-scale victories? I walked two days this week when it wasnt raining!!!  I'm getting there. 
    What hurdles did you have? To not eat all the junk food in my house!!! 

    GTKY: What's your favorite summer time activity?  I'm ready to use our camper!  Season opened on the 1st.  Ready to relax!!!

    How much total?
    I'm pretty much back to square one, I somehow managed to gain everything I've lost in 2 weeks ugh.

    Any non-scale victories?
    I took LO for a walk when it was 70* on Tuesday and ended up going about 5.75 mi.

    What hurdles did you have? 
    I work in a bakery-cafe and have to keep myself from eating all the baked goods

    GTKY: What's your favorite summer time activity?
    Love to swim, and camp. Haven't been swimming in about 2 years but plan on getting a pool for LO so at least I'll be able to put my feet in with him.

    How much total? 17.4 lbs
    Any non-scale victories? I've noticed my clothes being bigger.
    What hurdles did you have? Not feeling good

    I love swimming, fishing, going to the beach and doing more outside activities :) I'm excited to take dd places

  • How much have you lost this week? I'm probably up.
    How much total? 10ish
    Any non-scale victories? Does strength count?  I lifted DD's crib all by myself to get all of the pacifiers that fell behind it.
    What hurdles did you have? I still just lack motivation.

    GTKY: What's your favorite summer time activity?

    I hate summer.  Mosquitoes suck and it gets into the 90's easily here.  My favorite summer activity is going inside to the air conditioning and lemonade.
