Hi! I have been reading some posts and finally decided to join. We lost our baby girl on March 3 at 37 weeks. I had a good/normal pregnancy and went in for my normal 37 week check up. There was no heartbeat. We were shocked and completely heartbroken. My OB walked me up to labor and delivery and we prepared to meet our baby girl. She was born that night at 8:26pm weighing 7lbs and 20 inches. She was absolutely beautiful. We soaked in our time with her, held her, loved her and prayed. My OB thinks that there was a clamp in the cord or cord compression-- the cord was wrapped tight around her leg. I go for my 6 week check up next week, so I am hoping to get more answers. It has been 1 month today, so I am having a hard day.
