This is a special weekly Thursday check-in for all of us who have crossed into our 40's. We all hang out on TTC after 35, but we all know that once you hit your fabulous 40's and are TTC it is just different.
There is a regular Weekly Check In on Wednesdays for all on this board, so feel free to post on both check-ins if you like. If you are completely new to the TTC after 35 board and haven't done a formal intro please do that before posting here!
1. Your Name and/or Screen Name (no full names) and the State you live in and what number are you TTC (i.e first, second, third child).
2. Where are you in your cycle and what kind of cycle is it (IVF, IUI, Natural... etc)?
3. What medications and/or supplements are part of your cycle that are helping you with TTC?
4. Who do you want to give a shout out to this week from our board (or somewhere else if applicable)? Just put their screen name and a little message.
5. Weekly Vent - Go ahead, vent on one thing that is really irking you this week, promise you will feel better after.
**Name That Action (NTA) ** Our bodies go through a lot during the TTC process regardless of how you go about it. This week name your favorite body part that never lets you down.

Re: Weekly Check-In For The **Over 40** Crowd
2. CD 9; waiting to O. Natural cycle.
3. I don't know if they're helping, but I just started taking CoQ10 (ubiquinol), evening primrose oil, and DHEA. I was already taking prenatals, calcium/magnesium/vitamin D, folic acid, and DHA. Quite a cocktail....
4. @KirstenAlecia, we miss you around here. Hope all's well with you!
5. I feel completely filthy and bedraggled lately. My coat, my purse, most of my clothes, the car--they're all completely covered in lint, cat hair, road salt, and --I dunno--crust...Most of them (not the car) just need to be replaced, and I don't have the time! It's demoralizing to feel so gross, though...
NTA. My eyes, I guess. They never give me problems, and I do a lot of reading/staring at the computer screen. Thanks, guys! (girls?)

I'm on board with all the BFP's that have been going on around here...let's keep them rolling...
It's been a decent week so no complaints this time.
I'm gonna say my skin has been holding up well. I see so many look so tired when they are ttc with issues
TTC #1 with IUI and donor sperm
First IUI May, 2014, Clomid + Trigger = BFN
Second IUI July, 2014, Clomid + Trigger = BFN
Third IUI Dec, 2014, Femara + Follistim + Trigger = BFN
Fourth IUI Feb 2015, Femara + Follistim + Trigger = C/P
2. CD3, just did my first round of diagnostic tests today (blood work and ultrasound), may or may not skip the Clomid challenge that I'm supposed to start on Saturday, I'm still a little nervous
3. Just prenatal gummies since I fear most meds/pills (hence the Clomid fear)
4. Everyone on this board has been so supportive and welcoming!
5. I guess my complaint is that when they told me to come in for the ultrasound and blood work, they didn't tell me that I'd be getting the blood drawn at a separate place (in the same building) that had different hours, so although it was nice to get a 7:30am appt for the u/s, the other place didn't open until 8:00am so I had to wait around and was a little late for work.
NTA: more than one person has complimented my hands/fingers, which is a little odd to me, but I'll take it.
BFP #1: 12/05/2012; EDD 08/09/2013; MC 01/2013 (missed, D&C)
