Poor Jacob. We had to get a nebulizer so he can have breathing treatments every 3 hours. The machine freaked the hell out of Sarah - there was true fear in her eyes when she saw it on her brother

I'm so sorry.

Blake had it last year at this time. I was so mad they wouldn't approve Synagis for him because he wasn't preterm enough. Maren got Synagis and was perfectly fine - even though she was a 33 weeker born in October. I'm sure Blake's medication and hospital bills for pneumonia and RSV rivaled what they would have spent for a few months of Synagis. Makes no sense.

I hope his treatments work quickly and he's feeling better soon.

I am so sorry to hear this! My DS is getting over pneumonia, so we're very familiar with the nebulizer. I hope he has a speedy recovery!

that stinks.... The nebulizer is a PITA... Luca really fights it... Do you have the fish or duck mask? It might make it more "entertaining" for Sarah...
