I'm doing laundry, go in to the spare bathroom where the washer dryer is to get more TP for the master bathroom and find water everywhere.  My very expensive nautica comforter is in the washer now and I pray it doesn't get ruined (it was a very generous wedding gift)

 THANK GOD for renting.  I called the office and w/in 2 mins I had a guy here and he's fixing it now. i want to kiss him i appreciate it so much.  hopefully it'll be quick and easy.
