I discovered I had a tilted uterus with my first pregnancy and I am pretty certain the tilt is worse now. Does anyone know how much can a tilted uterus inhibit fertility? I'm going to make an appt for the OB/GYN in a week or so (after I get my new insurance) to get this checked out but I was hoping to get some insight. Thanks in advance.

It has many benefits including fixing the uterus position and cleaning out the stagnancies that could cause painful periods and clumps/clots or brown period. Also it strengthens the ligaments that hold the uterus in place so it's great to do pre-regnant and also after the first trimester.
I've been doing it 2 months and my last period was completely pain free and it was bright cherry pinkish red blood. Looked so healthy. She also told me my uterus was tilted so it was resting on the Punic bone. She showed me how to feel it.
It cost a lot for the visit and wasn't included by insurance but you do it to ourself after that.
I've been talking about it a lot recently and posted about it here. It's so cool and so easy to do and very powerful.
