Introducing myself!

Hi ladies!!! Lurked here for a bit and thought I'd post an introduction. I can't wait to get to know all of you. My name is Katie and I have a 9 year old DD (omg, can't believe she's 9). I am a high school English teacher, cheer coach, and student council advisor and I've been at this for almost 9 years. I am 32 years old and am a newlywed to my awesome DH (see siggy!). We are currently TTC #2 (for me... my DD is from a previous marriage). We live in South Louisiana where we Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler (let the good times roll!). I am a graduate of Louisiana State University, so GEAUX TIGERS! I can't think of anything else... so any other questions, just ask!

Thanks so much! I often wonder what it will be like to have a 10 year old and a newborn, but honestly, I think I'd prefer it this way. Although, everything is so new again. I look at all the baby things and it's so new to me. We didn't have a lot of these things ten years ago, lol.
