T&P needed please :( UPDATE.

Right now were currently in the car taking DD to the ER for a fever spike of 101.0!
She has been congested since last night, and she started wheezing, gagging, and projectile spitting up. She is also refusing to eat more then a ounce in one sitting. I've been trying to get her to eat all day!
Any thoughts and prayers are welcome please!
**update**
DD had been admitted to the hospital and has been diagnosed with RSV. They've been giving her meds for the fever, and etc. we will be here for a few days, they said we will probably get out of here Friday at the latest. Thank you ladies for the T&P, I just hope she gets better because it is so hard to see her miserable

Sorry for the incorrect info - we were told that any fever 4 weeks or under was automatic spinal tap, whereas older than that was case by case. Maybe it is hospital and symptom specific.
