Soo.. with the mastitis, I had another doctor's appointment today, which left us with the opening to word things in a way to leave family and friends on Facebook wondering if we were pregnancy already.  My husband posted as follows and I linked it on my wall : 

"So.. apparently my wife and I are extremely fertile. Just got back from the OBGYN, should have good news in a week or so."

All true.  The doctor said the fertile point while we were discussing the Mirena and the fact that it took us such a short amount of time to become pregnancy with spontaneous twins.  And, the good news is that the girls should be coming home in the next week or so   Oh the comments that are rolling in trying to figure out if we are pregnant again.  

btw, no, no we are not.  With as scary as this pregnancy was, and this NICU journey, my husband won't touch me until I get the Mirena inserted ;p
