Gnat landed in pumped breast milk

Ughhh would you keep it or dump it?

I just pumped and when I went to consolidate my bottles into the larger bottle, there was a gnat drowning in my milk at the top. What would you guys do?

i think it's fine if you fish it out. i'm sure all of us have inadvertently swallowed or inhaled many a gnat. ;)

I fish bugs out of my wine all the time! Seriously though, I've read that breastmilk has natural antibacterial properties so even if some germs were being introduced via the gnat I would think it would be fine.

I've fished an ant out of a bottle of breast milk once, if that makes you feel any better ... LO is fine, haha.

I had 2 or three coffee ground in a bottle last week. I poured it through a coffee filter and used it.
