Cannot get pic in siggy

So I've had a picture in my siggy before, and now cannot figure out how to re-do it. I have uploaded to Tiny Pic, and copy and pasted the codes, (I tried all of them) into my signature area, above my ticker, and nothing happened. And I also tried doing the code I found on the Bump, with my URL, and still no luck. Any advice?
