Still in the two week wait and I have not POAS.  Beta is Friday but I am allowing myself to pee on a stick Thursday morning.  The only reason why I am allowing myself to take the test is because husband will be out of town all weekend starting on Friday.  If I get positive news, I want to be able to share the excitement with him.

QOTW: When was your last vacation? Where did you go?
Last vacation was August of last year.  Hubby and I went to Florida for a week and visited with friends and sat on the beach for a week.  Fantastic. 

Sidebar - just found out that hubby's parents are taking us to Maine for a week in September.  I am so excited.  We're staying in Perkins Cove which looks like an amazing little town.

Hello ladies!! IUI #2 was a BFN. I didn't even make it to beta, which I found a relief as I wasted 2 less Prometrium pills. I'm waiting for AF and will likely have my CD3 BW and US on Thursday or Friday. This will be our last IUI Cycle (IUI #3) before moving on to IVF. We are really lucky to have pretty good IVF coverage through insurance, but they required 6 IUIs!!! My doctor will be writing a letter of exception for us due to my tubal issues and what has become DHs even worse MFI issues.

I'm praying to see some more success out of this tread before I leave!!!

QOTW: We just got back last week from celebrating my birthday in Jamaica!  We stayed in Negril and it was unbelievable, just what we needed

Hi everyone!

I'm waiting for my mid-cycle ultrasound tomorrow CD11 to see how things are progressing. Hoping to trigger later this week with IUI#2 sometime this weekend. My follicles tend to be slower growing than most, so I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't trigger until Monday.

QOTW: We wen't to the Dominican Republic in January and it was absolutely beautiful.

Edited to add that I just got back from my follie scan and I have two beautiful follies on my right. One at 19mm and one at 20mm. I'm triggering tonight for IUI#2 on Friday. I'm super nervous though because my ectopic was on the right and I was hoping for follies on the left.

I am seriously in need of another vaca. DH and I went to Vegas the week before Christmas 2013 and it was so relaxing! I feel like we need that veg time again. If IUI#3 is a bust, I might have to talk him into another vaca either before we start IVF#1 or after it's finished.

But great to hear that these vacas were not too far in the distant past for you all!!

Day 11 of stims for IUI 1.2- I have one 13 mm follicle but my E2 is really high (1500) so there's a possibility we'll be cancelled. Argh.

QOTW: my husband and I got married in New Zealand last April (a year ago!!) and we used all our 2013 vacation on that. It's been a while...

I am on CD 1 today. I will be going on Thursday for my CD 3 blood work and u/s and will start Gonal-F injects that evening. This will be IUI #5.

I will probably start POAS at 9dpiui. That's a ways away at this point though.

QOTW: We just took a vacation to Florida at the beginning of March. We were in Dade City, Palm Bay, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. We also went to Busch Gardens. It was an amazing trip and so relaxing. We live in Western NY, so you can imagine that I didn't want to come home!

I'm pretty sure that IUI#3 is a fail. I have been testing since 11dpiui and they have all been BFN's. I took my last prometrium pill last night, so AF should be here within a few days.

We will probably be taking a break for a few months and then we will be moving on to IVF. I am planning on sticking around TTTC for now. I just intro'ed in February and I'm not ready to move to the Infertility board just yet. I hope that's okay.

QOTW: My last vacation was our honeymoon in September/October 2012. We went on a five day cruise to the Bahamas. It was absolutely amazing. I could really use another vacation right about now!

QOTW: When was your last vacation? Where did you go? My most recent vacation was last summer, though it was combined with a work trip.  I attended a conference in Las Vegas, so I brought a close friend and extended the trip a couple of days so that we could visit the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon, and have a spa day at one of the resort spas.

CDay26 - The first round of Clomid didn't work this cycle, so I went on a second round and had my u/s today.  I was shocked to find that I already had one follie at 18mm and another at 13mm.  We aren't going to risk waiting for the small one to catch up, so I am triggering tonight and going for IUI on Thursday.

2. Which IUI are you on?

Hey ladies!!  I am officially in the TWW!!

I had 3 beautiful and beefy follies for IUI #5 and DH's count and mobility were good!  I am going out of town for work Sunday to Wednesday, so that will help keep me occupied for a little.

QOTW:  DH and I went to clearwater in the beginning of March for some R&R and Spring Training for Baseball. Was a nice getaway with friends although it could have been a little warmer!!

I am 9dpiui.  I myself am not feeling optimistic either.  I only had 1 follie this cycle so I have a feeling we'll be moving to injects next cycle.

Today is CD15 but I have no idea where I am at. If this where a normal month I would probably go for IUI#5 on Saturday, but things just feel wrong since the m/c and I don't think I am acutally anywhere near that. First blood test and ultrasound tomorrow morning so I should know something then.

I guess the last vaction we went on was 2 years ago to Vancouver for my SIL's wedding. We aren't really vaction people, we are more staycation people. For my birthday last week we went to the zoo and a movie so that was a nice vaction to me.

CD 23 and 7dpiui, not sure how I'm feeling about things.  I usually start out pretty hopeful and then the closer I get to doing my blood test (April 7) I get more nervous and start to doubt things. 

This has been a busy past month.  My husband and I went to FL for a friends wedding at the beginning of March and then this past weekend my family went to NYC for the Sweet 16!  NYC is quite the experience.

Hi @emwaiting! I see that you have posted to this thread a few times but I have been unable to add you as I do not know what IUI you are in.

 

I'm a bit excited/worried about moving up to 100mg Clomid. My past cycles with 50mg have been great! No weight gain, no problems keeping my fitness routine, and no side effect! But I figure it's worth a shot as my last ditch IUI to create more follies. IUI 1 and 2 both proved that 1 good follicle is not enough with DHs low count.

I'm 8dpIUI. I'm spotting today If this is AF, I will be moving onto IVF. I'm still holding onto hope, but I will be devastated if this final 4th IUI doesn't work for me.

i am 11dpiui today and dying to test, but i'm waiting until friday 14dpiui. Idk how I feel about this cycle, i have absolutely no symptoms. With my last 3 IUI's i had very sore boobs and/or nipples at this time in my cycle and with this IUI they haven't been sore at all. not sure if that's a good or bad thing? I guess we'll find out on friday

Like I put in my intro yesterday IUI #1 was a bust beta was yesterday and all they told me was that it was negative Now I am waiting for AF to appear so we can start the process over for IUI #2. All the waiting that comes with IF is enough to make a girl crazy.

Waiting...Waiting...Waiting...6dpiui...Went for my progesterone check yesterday and it was low so today I started Crinone...this is my first cycle to use it, booooo!  Beta day is 4/11, I plan to test 14dpiui.

Our last vacation was in the beginning of March, we spent a week in Williamsburg, VA.  But to me that wasn't a real vacation, it was more a change of scenery, as I still worked throughout the trip.  Our last REAL vacation was in August to Belize, ahhh I'd love to go back there!

Would love to be added. We're on IUI #1. Only on CD3, so started injections today. My stupid ovaries hate to respond, so no clue when IUI will actually take place just yet, but sometime in the next 2-3 weeks.

The nurses and the Dr. seemed happy, looks like a might O a little later then usual so I figure IUI#5 will probably be sunday.

Had my monitoring appt today, looks like I will either trigger tonight or tomorrow, waiting on the phone call with the results of my blood work to detemine which day it will be.  Have larger and more follies this time, so I guess that is a good sign. 

Also asked to have them get the pre-auths in place for injects if this cycle doesn't work.  The clomid makes me very angry (poor DH gets the brunt of it) and I had a constant migraine the whole time I was taking it. 

QOTW-last vacation was back in August, we went out to Nebraska to see my family and spend a week at the lake cabin.

@Sha259 Could you please add me to the check in? Hi everyone, I"m excited to be here finally!  Yesterday was CD 1 and I'm starting my first IUI cycle.  I'm going to pick up my clomid later today and will be starting on 50 mg tomorrow.  I go back in on CD 12 for my monitoring appointment. 

QOTW:  My last vacation was in August, DH and I went on a road trip to Boston, Maine and Vermont.

Hi girls! Just done with my IUI this am. Saw some big follies this am 2 on each side. Post wash count was good (33mil). We were advised to keep at it for the next 72h. I'm feeling hopeful, I know our odds are low (7-10% success)but I'm letting myself hope since we have so many follies!! One thing I have to say is Holy cramps!
Beta is on April 16
QOTW : last vacation was last feb we went to Vegas for a week, I was there for a work conference. DH came with me so we made a vacation out of it.

Could I be added to this? We are currently scheduled for IUI #1 on Friday. I'm actually slightly concerned about our timing, so I'd love some feedback:

Follicle scan on Monday afternoon showed 1 on each ovary, measuring 14mm and 16mm. Last cycle, I believe I ovulated on the day I came in for monitoring, and my largest follicle was 24mm.

I'm supposed to trigger tonight, and IUI late Friday morning.

I can't help but worry that we're going to completely miss ovulation, since the IUI just seems so far away. But 2mm per day would put my larger follicle at 24mm... Does the timing make sense to everyone else??

I had my 3rd monitoring appt today for what would have been IUI #4 BUT turns out I already ovulated. I haven't been doing OPK's with these treatments because up until this long they haven't been necessary and also I thought meds sort of skewed their results? Anyway, they tested my progesterone to see how recently I ovulated. I didn't get to ask the number because they left a VM while I was working, but they did say to BD tonight. So I guess that what we'll DL but I'm still assuming this cycle is a bust!

ETA QOTW: I've mentioned it before but our last vaca was November and we went to Thailand!!

I am scheduled for my first IUI Friday too!  I am very excited and hoping for the best!

Blood work and HSG are fine. Thyroid was low but now ok w/ 100 mcg levothyroxine

DH is fine.

We have no reason for recurrent MC

@mrs.matt the timing seems accurate to me. My follie scan on Monday showed 2 18's and 2 17. Trigger that night. Today my follies were 3 20's and 1 19.

Tomorrow is IUI#1. So let's just be presumptuous and call it the 2WW. My test day is 4/17. However, I think I'm going to test out the trigger. Don't know where we are at this IUI due to conflicting info over the phone & in person. 2-4 mature follicles. But I did trigger this morning and IUI goes down Monday in the AM. Hoping that the 3 months of vitamins & whatnot yield a higher sperm count and higher forward progressive motility % for DH. Trying to think positive thoughts.

QOTW- we go on mini vacations every couple months, but our last real vacation was to the Dominican Republic for our honeymoon. It was amazing. I'd highly recommend it!

IUI #2 will be happening around April 11th. I'm done with the Clomid and still on Metformin. I go in tomorrow for an ultrasound to see how my body is reacting to things. I'm hopeful to have a couple more check ins and trigger shot on the 10th.

Last big vacation we did was Hawaii (Kauai & Oahu) for a week in September.

I'm on CD 18. I finished my 2nd round of Clomid on Tuesday night. As of Wednesday, my over had done nothing. I go in for another monitoring appointment Friday morning (tomorrow). I'm assuming there will be no new growth. I'm not sure what they'll do in that case.... I'm hoping I don't get canceled.

Hi Ladies, 

Still on a break this cycle. Today I am so thankful for reliable ovulation pain, as I ovulated early this cycle, luckily I took a pee test to check, and got some BDing in before I left for a biz trip today. 

I am going to get my progesterone tested this cycle as well to see where it is, as I think it has been low the last two months. Hopefully onto IUI #3 later this month.

FX for all of you in the middle of a cycle!

QOTW: DH and I spent a week in northern Minnesota with family last September, at a beautiful remote resort.. This weekend we are meeting up after my trip, in a fun city to hang out and hike with our pup for the weekend, a mini vaca!

I am 7dpiui, tomorrow morning I go in for my progesterone lab test to make sure I ovulated. Then pregnancy blood test in 4/11. This is IUI #2

I'm officially now in my 2ww. I had the IUI done yesterday. I had absolutely no pain.

My hubby's pre-wash numbers: 61 million, 35% motility and I don't understand morph. They didn't tell me his %age but did a scale of 1-4 and he was 2.5.

They said that post-wash, we had 21 million and 65% motility. The nurse seemed happy and positive about his numbers, but i have no idea if that's good or not good.

I ended up with 2 follies One was 17.5 pre-trigger and one was 21.5.

Hey Ladies!  So IUI #1 was a bust...BFN!  Went for Beta but already new it was gonna be BFN cause I was having my usually PMS symptoms and started spotting the day before testing.  Feel so frustrated.  AF was here in all her glory the next day so my CD 3 testing will start Saturday.  Will be doing IUI # 2.  Hope this one goes better now that we know the dosage the works for me.

QOTW:  Last vacation was July 2013.  It was actually more a business related trip but turned into a great vacation.  Dallas Tx to Mary Kay's 50th anniversary Seminar. Had a blast.

Warning

IUI #2 is a BFP, my HCG level was 201. Go back on Sunday and Tuesday for hcg test. I thought for sure it was going to be a BFN, thought I was having PMS symptoms.

Today is 10dpIUI and I took my first test. BFN. I know it's early but I'm feeling like this is not going to work. I'm trying to grow a thick skin to protect myself for beta on wednesday.
