when your LO changes shape...

What do you do?  I have a mix of Kawaii OS pockets (snaps), BG 4.0s (snaps and 2 aplix), and CB OS (snaps).  I think LO is going through a growth spurt/shape change right now, because we've had a tough time getting the legs snug enough on the Kawaiis and BGs, even though he's not a small baby and his thighs aren't tiny, either!  I've got them snapped down to the shortest rise, and the waist on the Kawaiis is almost as small as it goes (just before overlapping), and the BGs the waist is still out one snap on each side.  Still I'm having trouble making sure they are snug, which to me means it isn't easy to get my finger in the leg elastic with his feet by his head.  Any advice?  What has your experience been with baby changing shape??

BGs just flat didn't fit right on DS for the past several months. I have finally started trying them this week, and it's still a pain to get them on right without gaps. I have been using my other diapers a lot more and relying on flats and covers to get me through if I run out of pockets.
