I'm in rash hell

LO gets this rash off and on its bright red usually right after she poops then a few hours later goes away. Makes me think its food allergy. However now its been around 6 days of course started with the poop. We put her in disposables, lathered babo organics on, twice a day nystatin per pedi. Nothing is helping. Last night back in cloth today red everywhere up to the waist. So I showered soaked tush and let her air out. Put a disposable on and going to try waxelene a fleece liner a tt with stay dry liner.

    ((Hugs)) rashes are the worst!!

    I'm in my own battle... So I don't feel confident with any advice. LOL

    Hope it clears up quick!

    Oh and you don't need to use a fleece liner with a stay dry diaper.

    Correct it didn't work. The reason I was using the fleece liner was because I wasn't sure about the waxelene.
    It's on her labia and bum on bottom. That's where it starts, she has a super long crack and very sensitive skin.
