Trouble TTC

Freedom Fertility Delivery Problems?

I was supposed to receive my medication today from Freedom Fertility, but it never arrived. When I called them, they said that Fed Ex had left it in front of our front door hours ago (about 3 hours before I came home). I specifically asked for it to be placed inside our screen door.

We've checked with the neighbors, and now I'm just waiting on the driver to call me tomorrow morning. The pharmacy said to call them if I don't hear anything... I felt like the person I was speaking with was being very careful not to say that they would take care of this for me. I'm just hoping I don't need to pay for this medication again and have it rushed to my house to use on Wednesday night!

Has anyone had an experience like this in the past, and what happened? I'm just assuming this will be my word against Fed Ex's records :(

Re: Freedom Fertility Delivery Problems?

  • @AlaskaDee23 That would drive me crazy! But I'm glad to hear it all worked out!

@calindi I didn't want to sign since we aren't home during the day, unfortunately. Next time, I'm ordering it from a local pharmacy to avoid this! Thanks!

  • What a bummer! I've been using Freedom since December and haven't had any issues yet. That really sucks, I hope you're able to get it cleared up.

  • I havent had a problem with any of my Freedom Pharmacy deliveries/transactions. In fact they always always ask me if I want the package to have to be signed for or if its okay to just leave at the door. And I always arrange for it to come at least a week before I will need it, just in case we have any issues, but fortunately I've not encountered any. Im sorry you had a bad experience, and hopefully it all gets resolved without costing you money or delays.

  • I've never had that problem from freedom but the pharmacy I use for my injections for my Ménière's I've had problems. My medication HAS to stay refrigerated. The ups guy has placed the package in my garage while I'm home but didn't knock to let me know it was here and it was mid summer and he placed it in a spot that I wouldn't notice unless I was looking for it. The pharmacy sent me a new shipment at no cost but required I sign for it.

I know freedom gives a speech when you order how they aren't responsible once it leaves the door but I'm curious if you actually never receive it how they will handle it. I really hope they don't make you pay again.
    Fucking bump!!!!
  • Well FedEx never called me, so I called the pharmacy and they are shipping another one to me for free! The person I spoke with today just took care of it, but yesterday they were very hesitant.

I know it isn't their fault, but I'm happy that I don't need to pay again! This time, I'm sending it to my husband's office, so someone has to sign for it! :)
