When choosing my LO's names I pondered how they might sound on a CEO or VP. It definitely wasn't the deciding factor but something I think about. For what it's worth the senior folks where I work are Cindy, Sherry, Mike, Dave and Nancy. Nothing super long or official sounding in there.

At the district level, the head honcho is James (Jim). At the building level, we have Benny, Thomas (but goes by mn, Chris), Alvin, Byron, and Tammi.

The "bosses" I answer to are Stephanie (firm administrator) and Lillie (office manager), but the CEO is Steve, the former CEO is Barry, and then a few of the partners are Tom (Thomas), Lee (this is a woman), Charlie (Charles), Bo (Robert), Nate (Nathanial), Arnold, Wes (Wesley), Henry.

In my opinion, the person who REALLY runs the place is a lady who is technically in accounting' but she knows pretty much knows everything there is to know about the firm, period. Her formal name is Virginia, but she only goes by Ginger.
