TMI nipple discharge????

So I was changing today and noticed on my left nipple about the size of a pin some thick yellow discharge. If I squeezed it came out but just a tiny bit. Not watery though almost like paste. It also had somewhat of a strange odor? I have no idea what this is and of course my dr. Office was closed by the time I called I tried goggling it and i didn't really get much. Anyway does anyone know what this could be or experience this? By the way I'm 13 weeks if that matters Thanks

You'd have to wait to talk to the OB. It
Could be a clogged duct working itself out but you could also have infection.

I'm already leaking but it is an off white thin syrup consistency

It could be colostrum. I have already produced some, but then again I've breastfed before. How I found out I was pregnant this time was leaking boob milk but after a couple days it turned into colostrum and then eventually stop but I'm sure it's going to start after I enter the second trimester.

Yes this is my 3rd pregnancy so maybe it's just the colostrum early? Thank you ladies

. Ill keep an eye on it and call in a few days if it changes

Is it normally yellow though? Mine is off white.

But you know I'm also on #3 and leaking so I'm sure your in my boat

Interesting mine looks between the two. I have never had that yellow color before even pumping colostrum

It may be colostrum. If the color gets darker or is streaked with blood, call your OB. Also call if you feel any hard spots on your breast, see redness or feel heat or pain. Those could be signs of an infection.

It's probably just the normal beginnings of colostrum development.
