I had my Lap done this past Friday.  He found some endometriosis and removed it.  I'm not sure what stage I was in.  I plan on asking that when I call to set up my follow-up appointment.  We're supposed to try on our own for the next 3 months and see if that does in fact work.

TTC since 10/2012.  

Dx PCOS.  Still waiting to get an HSG and possibly additional testing to make sure there's nothing else going on, but preliminary bloodwork/ultrasound/symptoms are pretty clear on the PCOS part.  Hopefully DH will get tested in the next couple weeks as well.

No treatment yet.  We're currently abroad and can't finish testing/start treatment until at least June.

QOTW:  I love all outdoor activities!  However, I'm currently in a nice warm country and kicked off beach season just a few days ago, so that's currently at the top of my list. :-)

I'm still on a break before pursuing IVF. I have my neurologist appointment next week so I can get cleared to continue TTC since my migraines have been brutal. I had testing done with a new RE so i'm still trying to decide if i'm going to pursue IVF with my old RE or with the new one. I meet with the new RE for follow up testing in about a week and a half. 

I also started a Gluten/dairy/soy/nut free diet about a week ago after seeing a nutritionist. Buying food has been a lot more expensive but I'm hoping it's worth it if my migraines subside and my hormones are more balanced. Now I'm just trying to gain 5-10lbs since i'm underweight, so I need to get in more protein. I guess even though i'm on a break, there's still a lot of things to do to prepare.

I'm also still on a break, possibly doing a 3rd and final iui in April before moving on to IVF this summer. QOTW: I like gardening and going for walks in nearby trails and conservation areas.

@ky29 - go ahead and move me to a dx category.  I'm not sure what stage it is...i'll ask that tomorrow when I call to schedule my follow-up.  DH showed me the pictures that we got and pointed out where the endo was, and said that the dr said that it wasn't that much.  So fingers crossed!

Finished Femara on Friday, and my follicle scan/3D ultrasound will be tomorrow afternoon. I'm *hoping* that we can schedule our IUI based off of tomorrow's appt. Ovidrel should arrive in the mail tomorrow, and I'm not excited to use it.

We've been very private about our IF journey, and apparently the one person I told in confidence has told an unknown number of our family members... I'm not even sure how exactly I even want to confront her, this sucks.

Doing Ovidrel tonight at 8pm for our second IUI cycle. Its back to back again, so I'll be going in tomorrow and Tuesday at 8:15 am. At today's ultrasound they told me I had one 19mm follicle, and the other was 17mm, and my blood work shows my LH is starting to surge. The follies seem small, I guess in comparison to some of the sizes I hear you ladies mention, but I'm sure they'll be bigger by the time I ovulate. Although they don't do another ultrasound once I do the shot, so I can only guess how much bigger they'll get.  I'm not really expecting anything to happen. I'm starting to feel like we're only doing these IUI's to just end up moving on to something more invasive and costly. DH's total motile count post wash when you add up BOTH days from last cycle only came up to 5.75 million if I remember correctly. Fx for a better count tomorrow!

Had iui#4 this morning (we did one more while we wait for IVF) and had two follies, lining was over 9mm, and 127 mil post wash. Not to be pessimistic but I don't see this working out, and am really just excited to start the IVF process next month.

QOTW: amusement parks and roller coasters! Living in OH, we have our choice of kings island or cedar point.

Hi Ladies,

I'm going in for Lining Check #3 on Tuesday, and still going on with the Estrace. Thankfully the fluid that was there for Lining Check #1 is gone. The doctor increased my dose to 2mg taken vaginally three times a day. Aside from the blue discharge, it's not as bad as I thought it would be.

My status is the same, still waiting for a good follie response for IUI #3.  We needed a second round of clomid, since I didn't have a response to the first one.  This is my last cycle on Clomid. 

I have an u/s and b/w on Tuesday, when I hope that things are finally showing good progress.  FX!

AFM: 7 days of BCPs down, 13 to go! I'm 1/3 of the way through the pills. Next appointment is on the 16th. I'm not feeling as optimistic and chipper as I was last week, but that's normal for the IF roller coaster I think.

QOTW: Hiking is definitely my favorite outdoor activity. I would love to hike the Inca Trail and take a trip through Nepal.

Treatment: Benched w/cysts.

Anywho... CD11 of our benched cycle. I have three cysts. two are 18mm, one is 27mm. My RE is just having me wait it out for another cycle to see what happens. I'm not sure what our next step would be if they are not gone by next cycle. I've had cysts before, but they have never lasted more than one cycle. We'll be moving on to Femara+Follistim+Ovidrel+IUI #1 once the cysts are gone. FX that they are gone by then and we can move on before the three year mark. It blows my mind that it will already be three years TTC in May. Oh how naive we were three years ago thinking it would just take a few months. Ugh. GL & Hugs to all! I lurk often and will try to be more active!

QOTW: The hubs and I love biking together! There are trails all over the place where we live.

AFM I've had a rough day. This morning I had a cyst rupture. It's been years since that happened but when the pain started there was no mistaking it. I've even been bleeding today. I thought my cyst had shrunk a lot and the bc that I'm on is suppose to make them shrink more. I'm so sick of all this. I go back to the Dr Wednesday for an us so I'll see what's going on.

ETA: I love laying outside in the sun during the summer at our cabin, usually with a book.

AFM, my cyst finally shrunk enough to proceed with IVF#1 woohoo! So I started Lupron Friday and tonight I'm taking my last BCP, so I will be waiting for AF. I'm excited, scared, and afraid to be hopeful all at once!!

I'm currently in the 2ww category but my temps are taunting me with what will likely mean a BFN. Next cycle I am going to temp vaginally since I'm inconsistent with mouth breathing.

Favorite outdoor activities: hiking, biking, walks on the beach down the street, going to playgrounds and swinging, tennis, basketball, walking the dogs with DH, and horseback riding. I love being outside. I also love zoos and outdoor photography.

AFM, tonight is day 4/5 of my second round of Clomid this cycle. I go in for my next round of monitoring on Wednesday, and I'm already nervous about not responding.

Quick update on our donor embryo cycle. 

We are still trying to schedule our psych evaluation.  We filled out the paperwork and sent it in Friday, but I haven't heard back from the psychologist yet.  I am going to call her this morning.  Once that is done, we have some paperwork to get notarized and I need to fill my prescription and we will be ready to go. 

I will start meds with my next period, which should be in a little over two weeks.

QOTW:   I like to just sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.  I wish we had a nice deck or patio, where we could sit in the evenings.

CD 3 here.  Had labs this morning, waiting on the callback from RE to schedule Saline.  H was supposed to see Fert Uro this week but we pushed it back until he has his SA instead of using SA from last July.  He's had a change of meds so maybe we won't need the Urology after all but I doubt it.  

QOTW:  Gardening and we go to a lot of car shows when the weather is nice.

Hi ladies!  It does seem like we all need a big hug!  We've got to start having some good news here soon!

AFM, I am 8dpiui.  Not really feeling much.  I spotted early on so I'm now on progesterone.  Just feel out but of course you can't help but hope.  Worried about what next steps will be after this as I only really had 1 follie this cycle.

Just hanging around in the 2ww... Im glad to say I have my sanity back (for now) and Im not POAS like a maniac. I really am just trying to be relax. 

QOTW: What is outdoors? lol I dont really like being outside unless I absolutely have to be. But today is opening day for my baseball team THE BALTIMORE ORIOLES. So my favorite outdoor activity would have to be going to sports events. (like baseball games)

Not too much new since my last update.

I ovulated for the first time last cycle, and had a natural AF.. so I'm really hoping to see things continue down this road.

Waiting on a fert report from my insane first IVF attempt!  In case you missed my drama, we proceeded with IVF even though we only had 4 follicles because my RE thought the four looked really good.  Then I ovulated prematurely and lost those 4 (my RE said he's never seen this happen before), however he found 3 hidden ones. 

And now we wait!

QOTW: I love hiking.  It makes everything feel better.

@jaztaz1 Go Os!!!  Also, if you haven't been, I highly recommend eating at Dempsey's during an away games.  If it's nice out, they open the windows to the empty Camden Yards and there are TVs everywhere.  You can park right out front for free.  The food is just bar food, but we had decent burgers there!!

Still benched, blah.  I see the light at the end of the tunnel though.  We are only under PTO restrictions at work for 4 more weeks and then we can do our WTF appt with the RE.  I still have 14 pounds I wanted to lose before we go back, but I haven't done as well as I would have liked at losing the weight.  This isn't a deal breaker, but I need to try harder for the next 4 to 6 weeks. 
QOTW: Does shopping at an outdoor outlet mall count as an outdoor activity? lol 
I actually really like working in our yard, our house was a foreclosure and the people who built the house did no landscaping so its fun/stressful to have a blank canvas and try to figure out what to do with it. 
I also like playing volleyball for fun with my fam!

I am on CD8. This is my first medicated cycle and I have been on 75iu of follistim or the past 5 days. I had my first ultrasound and labs since starting the stims. I feel like crap, but if it works, then it is 100% worth it. I have been nauseated the last 5 days, with today being the worst. I have horrendous cramps now that stay past the first few hours of the shots. And I want to kill everyone. I mean, everyone. I will go back for another monitoring appointment on Wednesday or Thursday. With my first IUI at the end of the week.

I love to surf, run, hike, waterski, snowboard.... However, it has been a while since I have done any of that due to having 3 knee surgeries and being partially permanently disabled. But I am keeping my FX that I eventually get to that point again. Anything in the outdoors is fine by me.

currently i'm in the 2WW for IUI #4, 10piui. I couldn't sleep last night because I have so much anxiety about the end of this week. I'm really starting to stress hard about the possibility of a BFN. Trying to be positive.

I believe that I am CD 22 and somewhere in the TWW. 

I should have ovulated on CD 16, but I think I ovulated on CD 19. So I am somewhere between 3-6 dpo. 

We BD at least once daily CD 10-21 (DH's SA was strong). So I hope we caught the egg!

QOTW: My favorite outdoor activity is definitely going to sixflags! (Does that count?) Rollercoasters and Waterparks!!!

We have our second SA (since DH started clomid) scheduled for May 9th. We will discuss the results on Monday the 12th with the RE. Basically the results will determine whether we attempt an iui or go to ivf with icsi. The urologist seemed to think we were getting close to iui range when our last count was just below 5 million, but I have heard so many other opinions that I am anxious to hear what our RE recommends. Obviously we are praying for awesome improvement in this next SA to make the decision easy.
