Adjusted Age

I know that you subtract how many weeks early baby was from your due date to find the adjusted age. However what do you do before you reach your due date. Are we negitive one week? Lol just not sure how that would work. 

He is 6 weeks today but his due date was April 1st. 

I am just being hopeful that sleeping patterns might start changing a little at night or at least before I go back to work.

^ she's got it right. It's GA, then adjusted.
As far as development and milestones, preemies are all over the place. Could be around actual age, or adjusted, or anywhere in between
