So, the video monitor I registered for totally conflicts with the 3G network.  We just started using it two weeks ago, but I bought it before F was born.  I took it back today, fully expecting them to say "forget it".  They were wonderful about taking it back, such a pleasant surprise seeing how BRU and Target are such PITAs about returning stuff (I had a crying pregnant meltdown in Target trying to return a swing).

We now have a digital (non-video...thank goodness...that was only for DH and then he realized how pointless it was) system and it is SO much better and it was $50 cheaper.

As a bonus, they gave me a coupon while I was there for a $15 GC that they let me use on the exchange.  And the even bigger bonus: Dr Brown's bottles on sale for $2 each, then 20% off that and buy 4 get one free.  So I got 5 Dr Browns bottles for $6. 

I did get frustrated at points with Right Start, mainly because the Village store doesn't have a good stock of so much, but I am so happy that I registered with them.

wow!  That's fabulous!  I've had the same trouble with Target (actually had fabulous experiences with bru).

you'll also be happy you regsitered with them when you get your rebate gift card! ours was for well over $100 since we put our car seat, p'n'p, highchair and strollers on there. i almost wish i could register again...

I have the same monitor.  Glad to hear that you've had a good experience.  I SO wish I had a video monitor...maybe next time.
