Advice please... Based on my E2 # should I do another monitoring appt or start over?

I just posted the other day about how my body is responding differently to the same protocol this time around (for 4th IUI, 3rd medicated). So I went in for a second monitoring appt today and my follies had not grown at all. They just called with results of lab work and my E2 went from 58 last time to 76 today (I think I got those numbers right) so I have the option of doing another monitoring appt in 4 days or waiting for AF and starting over. I went ahead and scheduled an appt for now but thought I'd ask you girls your thoughts!

I don't know much about E2 and what is good etc. I asked her if that was a significant change/good number and she just said that the doctor (the on call one for today) is offering me another monitoring appt so she must think there is a chance. I was also thinking maybe Monday calling and leaving a message for my usual nurse and have her he'll explain or ask my doc because she's super nice and I feel could maybe explain. One more factor, I started having some cramps today after the appt so I thought maybe NOW they're growing or maybe it's just psychologically induced!

July 2006: started TTC
2008: HSG (normal), couple rounds of clomid through gyno
2008 - 2010: dragging my feet out of fear and procrastination
October 2010: first consultation with RE, dx PCOS and fibroids (DH slightly low count/motility)
Oct. 2010 - Dec. 2012:  In DENIAL! avoided the issue because I was scared of surgery
January 2013: returned to RE, fibroids grew significantly
February 2013: second HSG, fibroids pushed on tubes which blocked them somewhat
March 2013: MRI to determine what type of surgery may be necessary
July 29, 2013: fibroids (5) removed via robotic laparascopy
August 2013 - Nov 2013 : benched due to recent surgery

IUI #1, Dec. 24, 2013, BFN 
IUI #2, Jan. 25, 2014, BFN
IUI #3, Feb. 25, 2014  BFN
IUI #4 canceled due to lack of response to letrozole
IUI #4.1 April 28, 2014, BFN
May 16, 2014: wtf consult, start prepping for IVF in June and add injects for one last IUI in the meantime
IUI #5 started letrozole and bravelle but canceled after HSG led to new diagnosis
May 21, 2014: third HSG, tubes blocked, one at the beginning, one hydrosalpinx??
June 11, 2014: consult, approved to move on to IVF because the hydro is not completely blocked therefore allowing fluid to move through slowly rather than backwards
IVF #1 August 8, 2014 - 3dt of 2 embryos, BFN
September 17, 2014 - 4th HSG, the right tube is very patent (open!!) dye went straight through this time. Weird!
October 2, 2014 - started metformin treatment
November 14, 2014 - blood work, brought A1C down from 5.8 to 5.5
November 26, 2014 - RE finally back from vaca and reviewed my chart, no more IVFs for rest of calendar year
December 1, 2014 - Right after Thanksgiving, I called a new clinic and got in right away! Plan for IVF
December 17, 2014 - ER! 29 retrieved (!!), 16 mature, all 16 fertilized (ICSI)
IVF #2 December 20, 2014 - 3dt of 3 embryos, BFN

We are done with treatment unsuccessfully. :(

    Today is cd15.

    It costs me $150 every time I do an u/s so that's another thing I'm trying to keep in mind.

    The month that I only had 1 mature follicle my E2 was around 250 when they told me to trigger. Your E2 is going in the right direction but it still seems low. Then again 4 days can make a huge difference. That same cycle my E2 went up about 100 in a couple of days. So maybe they are just taking their time this month. You know the story of the tortoise and the hare. Maybe that's the case this month. Good luck!

    LOL, thanks, yeah I hope that's what it is! But it does seem low to me too. =/ The 58 to 76 took place over for days... so maybe it's just super slow.

    I commented on your post saying my 4th was weird too. Well my E2 started dropping in the middle of the cycle, which really confused them... It did go back up and we were fine. I would continue and hope for the best!

    My first cycle took me until CD 21 and my E2 went from 81 to 173 in 3 days (from CD18 to CD21).  It didn't result in pregnancy, but I at least did ovulate.
    10/2013 - Initial consult. Started levothyroxine - tsh 2.92
    HSG- showed graying in one spot/Saline Sono- showed 5mm polyp
    DH SA -  abnormal -  36%motility on both SA's (count and morph ok on SA1, a little off SA2)
    1/10/14 - Hysteroscopy to remove 5mm polyp
    1/12/14- Medicated Cycle 1: 50mg Clomid + Ovidrel + TI = BFN
    2/15/14 - Medicated Cycle 2: 100mg Clomid + Ovidrel + TI = BFN
    3/18/14 - IUI Cycle 1: 150mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI = BFN
    Upped Levothyroxine to 50mg - tested at 2.62
    4/17/14 - IUI Cycle 2: 150mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI = BFN
    Break!
    6/21/14: IUI Cycle 3: 150mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI

    Huh that's interesting. I'll have to ask. Does E2 = estradiol? I'm confused about that.

    So it's official.. I did my 3rd monitoring appt after Letrozole today and I already ovulated!!  UGH. So they tested my progesterone and I'm waiting to hear back to see how recently it may have been so I know whether or not to BD tonight or forget about it.

    Fortunately it was one of my two favorite nurses today and she was so understanding about how frustrating it was as opposed to the last two I saw who sort of had an "oh well" attitude, LOL.

    How frustrating! I am glad you ovulated at all though. I know it's not ideal, but I guess it's better than having to take Provera or something. I'll have my fingers crossed for you this cycle!

    Sorry to see your update. I know I'm new, so you may have discussed this previously, but would you consider injectables? I'm also mobile bumping so I can't see your siggy. It may help with the maturation/growth of your follicles.

    We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm.  8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy.  We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET.  I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013. 

    11/14/14 -  Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good. 

    12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2

    12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)

    1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

    That sucks!!! I'm sorry, I guess that 1 little follicle (tortoise) took a sprint at the finish line. Hopefully all isn't lost and you still have time.

    Well, my second and third IUIs were medicated and I responded great to the Letrozole for those both times... had 3 follies ready to go by the 1st u/s. So I'm not sure what the RE will have me do this time... maybe try Letrozole again but a slightly higher dose?

    2008: HSG (normal), couple rounds of clomid through gyno
    2008 - 2010: dragging my feet out of fear and procrastination
    October 2010: first consultation with RE, dx PCOS and fibroids (DH slightly low count/motility)
    Oct. 2010 - Dec. 2012:  In DENIAL! avoided the issue because I was scared of surgery
    January 2013: returned to RE, fibroids grew significantly
    February 2013: second HSG, fibroids pushed on tubes which blocked them somewhat
    March 2013: MRI to determine what type of surgery may be necessary
    July 29, 2013: fibroids (5) removed via robotic laparascopy
    August 2013 - Nov 2013 : benched due to recent surgery

    IUI #1, Dec. 24, 2013, BFN 
    IUI #2, Jan. 25, 2014, BFN
    IUI #3, Feb. 25, 2014  BFN
    IUI #4 canceled due to lack of response to letrozole
    IUI #4.1 April 28, 2014, BFN
    May 16, 2014: wtf consult, start prepping for IVF in June and add injects for one last IUI in the meantime
    IUI #5 started letrozole and bravelle but canceled after HSG led to new diagnosis
    May 21, 2014: third HSG, tubes blocked, one at the beginning, one hydrosalpinx??
    June 11, 2014: consult, approved to move on to IVF because the hydro is not completely blocked therefore allowing fluid to move through slowly rather than backwards
    IVF #1 August 8, 2014 - 3dt of 2 embryos, BFN
    September 17, 2014 - 4th HSG, the right tube is very patent (open!!) dye went straight through this time. Weird!
    October 2, 2014 - started metformin treatment
    November 14, 2014 - blood work, brought A1C down from 5.8 to 5.5
    November 26, 2014 - RE finally back from vaca and reviewed my chart, no more IVFs for rest of calendar year
    December 1, 2014 - Right after Thanksgiving, I called a new clinic and got in right away! Plan for IVF
    December 17, 2014 - ER! 29 retrieved (!!), 16 mature, all 16 fertilized (ICSI)
    IVF #2 December 20, 2014 - 3dt of 3 embryos, BFN

    We are done with treatment unsuccessfully. :(

    I have heard of some folks doing a mixed med cycle. So, for example, you would start with letrozole and then switch to Follistim. I think the method behind this is to give your follies that extra push at the end for quality and maturation. Three follies with letrozole is great!

    We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm.  8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy.  We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET.  I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013. 

    11/14/14 -  Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good. 

    12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2

    12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)

    1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2
