  • How far along are you? 36 weeks 5 days! :)

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? "officially" full term on Monday!  Last p17 shot was yesterday!  Weekly OB appt on Thursday - if baby hasn't arrived before then (crazy to even say that!)

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions?  General discomfort, especially at night.  Between bathroom breaks and tossing and turning to give my hips a rest, I find myself not looking forward to bed time!

QOTW: How much do you compare this pregnancy with your angel(s) pregnancy?  Do you find comfort or anxiety in things that are similar or different? Especially the first half of the pregnancy, I compared all the time - no morning sickness, aversions to certain foods in the beginning, how quickly was my body changing/growing, etc.  All of those comparisons brought comfort that my body was growing this baby just like it was growing the triplets.  When Braxton Hicks found their way (especially around the 20-24 weeks range) it kept bringing me back to loosing the triplets, which brought a whole new level of anxiety...

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?Seriously ready for this baby to be here!  Spent the week preparing the room and all the stuff and get excited when I start having contractions that I can time (of course, then they start fading...)

  • aragosta sorry that the morning sickness is still bad and I hope your nightmares stop!  When the part of the day that's suppose to be peaceful and restful isn't, it's hard to go about the next day!

mrsgerman !!  Woo hoo!  My DH has done next to nothing in the nursery (except help set up furniture) allowing me to do everything, and it has kept us happy with each other!

  • I read this board all the time and I'm so comforted by the fact that all of you know exactly what I'm going through when no one else seems to get it. People don't understand why we're not just feeling pure joy with this pregnancy... but it's so scary. I'd like to join this check-in too so I can share my feelings.

How far along are you? 20 weeks!

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? 3 upcoming appointments. Anatomy Scan on Tuesday ( !! ), 20 week appointment on Thursday and high risk doctor next Friday

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? so far so good

QOTW: How much do you compare this pregnancy with your angel(s) pregnancy?  Do you find comfort or anxiety in things that are similar or different?
I compare all the time and it's so hard. Everything was perfect last time until I got sick at the very end. Even the high risk doctor said to us that he sees no reason to worry right now... but it was just fine last time too so my husband and I never feel "safe". Now my husband and I are super aware of every little thing because we are afraid of it all going wrong again. Last weekend I had gas pains, and you would have thought it was the end of the world the way we worried and discussed calling the doctor. Also I am so much more tired this time. I wonder if it's from having 2 pregnancies back to back.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?  half baked :)

Thank you if you read this whole thing!
