Were you given something at the hospital that was donated for angel babies? I was given a gown, though not one of these. Its now a beloved piece in her memory box. A piece that touched her skin, and held her body. I love seeing groups do things like this, even though I know the drive to do so often comes from personal loss.

I know many people on here have hospitals they donate special memory boxes to. Thank you for passing on the love.

I'm so grateful for the ladies that knitted the beanie and blanket that were given to Raynor to wear and I now have them in his memory box. There's a local charity group that donates memory boxes and I usually attend the fundraiser events to donate and support new loss moms. It's sad that there is always a need for these items, but I'm glad that there are caring people to support new loss moms.

Oh my goodness.  I had tears in my eyes when I saw those gowns in that link.  We didn't get gowns, but there was a blanket that wrapped around them with velcro to keep them warm (plus blankets made from fleece from donations).  They also had knitted blue hats that they are wearing in every picture, which we have now.  I wish we had cremated those hats with the boys though - those were theirs and they should have been able to keep them.

my uncle actually posted this on my timeline. I think it's great. We burried her in the outfit she wore, but we have her blanket, hat and teddy bear. I love to hold them
