There's a large Hispanic population around me, so seeing it on paper, I wouldn't be sure. I'd ask. However, my first instinct and preference goes to Ee-va.

All pronunciations listed are therefore correct. As stated before, I typically go with Ee-vah as my default, but another pronunciation wouldn't throw me off.
On gossip girl there was a character named Eva and they pronounced her name "eh-vuh" like the beginning of Evan. I like it pronounced that way, but personally I'd pronounce it "ee-va".
As a kindergarten teacher, who teaches the "correct" way to pronounce sounds, I would have to say E-va with the long /ee/ sound. The short e sound is more /eh/ so that would be weird. That said, it could TOTALLY be pronounced either way, but from a phonetic direction, I would go with ee.
