Oregon Babies

Moving to Portland!

My husband and I are moving to Portland (from IN) in early May. Any advice on anything would be awesome. But mostly I need recommendations for RE's and OB's (and GP if you have a good one). We're almost certainly moving to SE, but a good doctor is more important to me than distance. TIA!
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

Re: Moving to Portland!

  • Oregon Reproductive Medicine. They are in NW Portland so getting there from the east side is not fun, but the other RE option (at OHSU) is also west side.

Seconding Oregon Reproductive Medicine for an RE.  They were great!

I've seen various OB/GYNs through Portland Providence Medical Center/Women's Health Associates in NE Portland.  I've been happy with them over the years.

Edited to add: if you have specific questions about SE Portland, let me know.  That's where I live. :)

Hey Elly!  I thought I would check out the OR babies board for shits and giggles and here you are!  Welcome to the Pacific NW!  Just in time for nice weather ;)
You have no idea. It's so amazing! Compared to the shitty 90° and humid as fuck in IN, I'm loving this!
