Have you ever had a stick of it kind of dry out and get hard? It still works okay, but it doesn't glide on nearly as well as our Magic Stick. It's also not past its expiration date. It's a bit of a bummer.

I've never had it dry out, but I have also never felt that it glides on well at all.

That's not the one you are supposed to melt and resolidify and it does better?

@TJ1979 - I don't think so...that was the tube. I had one of those, too. Apparently I am one of their guinea pigs and order products that don't do so well. I should just stick to pot. I mean pots. The little sample pots. Yeah.

@Mandmeesh - Based on the dry spell that seems to be the norm around here, no. I'm pretty sure I bought a faulty DH, but I can't find the receipt or the warranty. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to have to buy some batteries and call it a day.

We were having this problem too. It was bad. I took ITK's advice and was like Nike...just doooo it.

You might see if a big store like Target or Walmart would let you trade him in without a receipt for some chocolate.

You might be able to melt the stick and try again. I know I had to do that with the chapstick I bought from them.,...
