Hello ladies My name is Courtney, I am 22, and married to an amazing man! We have 2 beautiful children! We live in the wild wild west, and are pretty boring people otherwise. lol.... anyways....

Yesterday I had posted about having baby fever... well my husband and I agreed it's as good of a time as any to start trying for #3...

But I don't even know where to start. I am currently on the Nuvaring, which I started after having the Mirena removed due to complications.(It had fallen, and was hanging on my cervix, I also developed an ovarian cyst that was hemorrhaging. Now it went away when I had the Mirena removed, but I don't know if it did any damage. Also I had a VERY irregular cycle) I've been on the Nuvaring for about 7 months now, with normal cycles.

Wednesday is the day that I'll take it out to start my period, and from what I've gathered, I'd just not put a new one it to start trying... so according to my period tracker, I'd be ovulating the 12th-16th of April... would that still hold true even though I'd be stopping the ring? I don't anticipate on petting pregnant my first cycle BC free, but IDK...

We've never tried for a baby, both of LO's were uh- oh babies. haha.

I guess I'm just looking for some insite, maybe someone to just chat with about TTC.

I am so excited to be starting this journey, but so nervous as well. I am feeling a little overwhelmed with all of these emotions.

I'm not trying to be mean, but you should consider a more anonymous screen name. Your little ones are adorable and I would hate to see some internet creeper find them due to the plethora of information you just gave.

Welcome! I definitely recommend you read the newbie blog at the top of the forum.

Also, you may want to consider changing your username if that is your first initial/last name.. since we now know your first name, and what state you live in.

That would require I new email address, and I don't even think there is a way to disable this one.

You have to PM the bump gods and ask them to change it (and what to change it to). It takes awhile, but they eventually get around to it. It would be easier to just open a new generic bump account with a different email address.

Just stop using it. It may not be disabled officially, but at least your name wouldn't be "out there" every time you post

Just a note about the Nuva ring, I was on it for 4 years before going off for TTC (with my DD). It took 3-4 months before my cycle evened out and I had a "normal" ovulation/LP. My first "cycle" of nuvaring was like 22 days, and my LP was really short. (I temped to confirm O)

Also the first month off of it I was a hormonal raging bitch monster.

You can take out the ring anytime to start TTC. If you took it out now, the chances of you getting pregnant are pretty slim since your almost through with your cycle. Most likely your period would just start. It might make it easier charting wise to just take it out when you normally do. Either way don't expect a "normal" cycle for your first.
