note to self.....

Stop drinking coffee at 2pm no matter how tired u are or u will b up at 12 while ur whole house is asleep! This is the second time this week I have done this :-(.

  • Bummer. Sleepy time tea has worked for me this week. Maybe try a cup of something warm? (That isn't caffeinated :) )

  • I learned my lesson on that a while back :) no caffeine after lunch!
  • Wow I wish caffeine had that effect on me! Haha! Try a glass of wine before bed ;)

  • Thank goodness for dh... I think I fell asleep around 2am and dd woke up at 230 but dh got up and fed her :-)
