I want to wait to tell people I'm pregnant but it's hard- I am so excited. We plan to tell everyone at 12 week unless I'm showing. Have you told anyone yet??

Besides DH, my best friend knows. We are going to tell the family once we see a HR on ultrasound.

FI and my two best friends know, and then a bunch of random people on the internet too. LOL. we have no idea when we're going to spread the news. i'm not terribly keen on telling people...not because i don't want them to know (because i DO)...i just want them to know without me having to tell them. mostly, my family sucks about this stuff and i never know if they're going to be happy about this sort of thing or not, so the conversation is going to be awkward and weird. once they know, i can put it all behind me though. lol. they had varying reactions between openly disapproving and lukewarm for all three major announcements so far...engagement to LH, pregnant with DS, and engagement to FI. i only hope they can actually be happy right off the bat this time.

Telling my original bmb feels like I've told everyone I need to. So basically all my best friends know. And mh, and parents. I feel like everyone knows. But personally I'm ok with that because if something goes wrong I have a lot of shoulders to cry on. They are all the people I would want to be there for me anyway.

My DH is dying to tell everyone but because we've had 2 previous m/c I want to wait until I'm 8 or 10 weeks along to tell family and in my next trimester to tell any others. But I love that I can dish with you ladies!!

Right now the only people who know are DH, my mom, and Best friend. After our first ultrasound, we will tell everyone else.

We've only told the people that knew we were doing IVF. So my mom, DH's aunt and uncle (they are like his parents) and a handful of close friends.

My DH, SIL, and a couple of close friends know. We decided to wait to tell my Mom on her birthday (April 8th), which was also our EDD for our loss. We are going to write in her card "Since we couldn't give you a grandbaby for your birthday, we thought we could give you one for Christmas instead!" I am horrible at keeping a secret from her, and she can read me like a book so I have been avoiding them at all costs. It's going to be a long 11 days!

I just found out 3 days ago that I was pregnant and was totally shocked even though we'd been trying. I had the beginning signs of endometriosis and so am worried that somehow something will go wrong! I think I worry too much in general. The only people I've told are my husband, OBGYN and my acupuncturist. Is it sad that the first "congratulations" I got was from my acupuncturist?? My husband doesn't want to tell anyone until after our first prenatal appt at the end of April. We have a trip to visit my inlaws next week and are going skiing with friends the weekend before my prenatal appt. I have no idea how I'm going to keep it a secret without people picking up on it!!

We told my MIL last night. We're telling my immediate family next Thursday since they're coming to visit. I figure those people are the ones who will offer support if something happens. Other than support people I'm not telling anyone until 12w.

hey everyone, I want to tell everyone!! I found out exactly one week ago! As of right now my husband and our best friends know. We are waiting to tell our parents and family on Easter. But it is going to be soooo hard to wait until then! We are so close to our parents and see them often so hopefully we can wait a few more weeks before we tell them and then we will let others know after that!
