Anyone have thoughts/information on how much clarified butter is ok to consume during pregnancy and benefits of it during pregnancy? My accupuncturist told me to have as much as I can and that, of course, to replace regular butter with it as it is healthier for me and the baby. Any suggestions/recipes on how to use it? The only way I can think of is putting it on steamed veggies or cooking stuff in or with it (chicken, veggies, rice, etc.). Thank you!
