We just got a bunch if stuff from B&BW for prizes. We're only doing two games though so it wasn't that expensive. Other showers I've been to have had similar prizes. However, I've also seen gift cards to various places (Dunkin Donuts, Olive Garden, etc.) given as prizes.
At my cousin's shower they assigned every gift a number once it was on the gift table and had pre-made bingo boards. All prizes were wine stoppers. I have and still use mine (well not at the moment, but I will again!)
