So dd threw my phone in the toilet today!! It had a case on it and I think it's working fine. I immediately put it in rice, and I think the case saved it. She is to quick, we were at a friends and they left the bathroom door open, I went to go make sure it was closed and there's my iPhone floating in the toilet. I think maybe it's a right of passage to have at least one of your kids toss your phone in the toilet!?

My old phone survived so much toilet and sink tossing from DS. It never got ruined. I just took it apart, I can't do that with my iPhone now, and put it in rice for a day or two. Then let a fan blue in it for a bit.

I washed the case with soap and water and then wiped the phone down with a disinfectant wipe

Yuck. Thankfully DD is only interested in trying to flush the toilet so far. I know our time is coming. I'm glad your phone still works. I am terrible at backing up photos and videos and I would be very sad to lose my phone.
