Tinkle Tinkle Toot

Has anyone purchased from them? I ordered a BG 2 weeks ago and have only received a confirmation email. So when a week went by I emailed them. Nothing. I called. Nothing. I paid with PayPal. Should I open a dispute?

    It's the first time I have ever had an issue with a seller and I just recently started using PayPal so I wasn't sure how disputes worked. Like if more time needed to pass before I could. I don't know. I blame my stupidity on the fact that I spent all night tending to a teething baby and my nose is so plugged that my head feels like its in a vice.

    Have you tried contacting them directly?
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009

    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Well, you see, what had happened was... I read it earlier. Then tonight I read your response MK. Then I was like, wait, why dispute, just email them. And I didn't go back and look at the op.

    I am not sure what the time limit is to open a dispute. Don't wait so long that you can't get a refund. I took a peek on their facebook page and someone else was complaining about not being able to contact them. They may have an emergency that is taking up their time, but that doesn't mean you have to go without a diaper that you could have received by now from a different company.
