Just a thought, have you guys picked out your car seat yet? Definitely something to start thinking about, even if you already have one. Some say they are rated down to 5, or even 4, lbs, but don't actually fit babies that small very well. If you  need any help, feel free to ask! @hubbs173

We do have our car seat already and it starts at 5 lbs, but he will have to pass a car seat test before he's discharged. There's a bunch of factors they look at before he's allowed home so I think we're still looking at close to June or even around/after his due date. But at the rate he's improving I'm hoping sooner rather than later!!!!

We got a baby trend travel system as a gift. I went to their actual website and didn't see anything about preemies. Do you know where it would be listed??

My little man is growing so much stronger every day!!! He's gaining weight and eating like a champ! He gets 25 ml every 3 hrs and they took him off of iv fluids since he's eating so well!!!! Oh and his nurse told me today that while changing his diaper, she had his little butt in the air and he sprayed poop all over the incubator wall!!!

And I've gotten to hold him today and yesterday!!! He loves to just snuggle up and fall asleep while I hold him! :x

He was camera shy today!!!

Henry is officially off the ventilator!!!!! He now only has a nasal cannula with oxygen flow!

And we had Henry's Party today (baby shower)!!! I can't believe all the stuff he got! He is so loved already, it's amazing!!!! We are so blessed by such great family and friends!!!

I didn't get to see my little man today due to my unfortunate circumstances! He did have great updates when we called to check on him!! He officially made it to the 3 lb club weighing in at 3 lbs 0.5 oz!!! He has graduated to gravity feedings instead of them being given over an hr time period with a feeding machine (don't know the technical term!). He also got his calories upped and he's tolerating that well. He got his orders to start physical and occupational therapy tomorrow. And I know how much you all love poop stories, well he had another poop spraying incident yesterday and it was so bad they had to give him a new incubator!! His nurse said it was on the walls and ceiling of his incubator!!! I think now I'm gonna be afraid to change his diaper!!!!

Henry is 3 weeks old today!! He is continuing to grow and improve daily!! He's now 3 lbs 4.5 oz!!! He's eating calorie fortified breast milk or formula (I'm still struggling with my supply and my recent troubles haven't helped) and getting daily vitamins!! He also started physical therapy on Tues and his physical therapist loves him and was raving at how great he is doing!!!

@Rachel5130‌, I'm doing ok still recovering from all the blood loss. I just feel really tired and lethargic, today is a little better.

@stephross and @Internationalkate‌, I actually haven't been there yet during one of his PT sessions. I know she monitors his head shape and growth, his startle reflexes and a few other things (I'm not 100% sure, it was explained to my DH and he kinda half assed explained it to me, lol).

Quick update today: Henry now weighs 3 lbs 9 oz!!! And today was his first day wearing clothes!! His onesie is so tiny!!

Henry is now 3 lbs 15.8 oz (as of yesterday)!!! He is doing really great and no new updates other than his weight.
