If your toddler sleeps with a pillow, what age did you offer it?

DS is 21 months old and does not have a pillow in his crib.  I was just curious if anyone has given their LO's a pillow yet?

We put a pillow in my son's bed when we moved him to a toddler bed at age 16 months. I wouldn't have worried about a pillow in his crib once he was 6 months or so and able to move around easily, we just didn't see the need. We like it now though because it made the big boy bed more of a big boy experience, and our son actually likes to put his head on his pillow at night even though he doesn't tend to wake up with it there!

We gave DS a small foam toddler pillow when he was around 10 months because he was frequently using his crib blanket as a pillow. At 13 months now he sleeps with his head on the pillow about 50% of the time and is very happy it's there.

We tried to give DD a pillow at the same age but she wasn't interested. We'll wait until she shows signs that she's ready for one.

Toddler pillow at 13m. She was obsessed with laying on pillows all over the house and actually goes to sleep with her head on the toddler pillow every night. I don't know when we'll switch to a full size.

We picked up a foam toddler pillow around 18 months (Clevamama is the brand we use). DD's sleep time increased by like half an hour in the morning, she loves her pillow SO much. I would have given it to her a bit earlier if I'd known I'd get more sleep out of her!

18 months. It's a thin, small pillow. She loves it!

I actually just ordered 1 for DD (16 mos) the other day from Amazon so haven't received yet. She always pushes her animals and blanket under her head so I think she will like it. I looked at several and settled on the toddler pillow from A little pillow company. As well as pillow case from them.

DD got a pillow pet for Christmas so 13 months old.She really enjoys laying with it but definitely doesn't wake up on it every morning.

We put pillows in his big boy bed that he's been sleeping in since 15 months. DS is obsessed with pillows- he loves them!

DD has a regular, not too poofy pillow in the crib. I think we put it in there around 18 months when she had a cold.
