Hello ladies! I am back on the IF board after fet and a bfp, and I lost my precious twins at 21+5 weeks. After a hiatus of life, we met with our RE last week and got a protocol for IVF 2, except the crappy thing is my insurance won't cover my meds anymore, so I'm pretty sure I'll have to cancel my cycle before it even starts , unless by some miracle my clinic is willing to donate meds to me (stupid insurance!). I hope everyone can graduate from IF soon! And I definitely want to offer my support and "knowledge" to others on the board. Forgive my rambling

Thanks ladies. I know there is an oop meds thread here, but since I hadn't re-intro'd or anything, I didn't think it was right to just push my nose in over there. I was also thinking about ordering through ivfmeds.com, but I wasn't sure how they are or if anyone has had experience with them. I appreciate your responses!

I am SO so sorry for you losses. I know this is a personal choice, but have you thought about creating a gofundme for your meds cost? It’s something to ponder at least. Fx and I hope you get your rainbow baby soon.

I'm SO sorry for your losses!  My heart breaks for you and your hubby.  Do you know what medications you will be on?  Hopefully you can get them donated since your insurance doesn't cover them now.

Thank you everyone for the sweet messages. I was thinking about the 'gofundme' thing, but after talking to DH about it, we really want to keep things on the down low. Absolutely no one knows what we are planning, and after having been through everything this is as public as I'm willing to get lol. Meanwhile, there have been some developments on the rx front. I forgot I had an HRA at work, that had about $600 on it, plus $400 left on my rx coverage, and one of the nurses had sent in some coupons for discounts, and there are a few meds I have left over (well within date, mind you), so I didn't have to order every single thing, and judging from previous experience with my meds, I know that they have a tendency to over order. That leaves me with a total bill at the moment of around $1100 for meds, which isn't fine but it's better than the $3000 I was being quoted initially. If I need more later on I will order them, since they have same/next day delivery. Whew! I'm back in the saddle, babe!
