*** First World Baby Problems ***

It's Wednesday again and time for us to share our babies first world problems.  So Phoebe turned 1yr last week, and I swear somebody flipped the switch from reasonable baby to poor tortured child that never gets her way.  Needless to say we have more than one first world problem this week.

"I threw all of my bath toys out of the tub, and Mommy won't get them for me!"

"I want to put on my shoes by myself, but I just turned one and don't know how!"

"I really like this food and want to eat all of it, but I don't want to try to use a spoon!  I want to shove fistfuls in my mouth, and I'll cry when it falls on the floor!"

LOL @mkc5869!  The toy one, Phoebe does that too.  She wants me right there, but if I touch her toys she yanks it away and throws a fit!  I guess we just have to laugh it off.  SMH, these silly girls!

I don't want to wear my pirate shirt to bed.  I only want to wear my pink USMC shirt.  I mean come one mom, I am almost 2, it is about time I start picking out my own clothes!

I am not impressed by any of the expensive toys, rattles and stuffed animals you got me. I would like to play with the TV remote control instead. I don't care if it messes up what you're watching!

For this reason alone we have an extra remote with no batteries that we let Lil play with.

Why am I not allowed to play with the phone anymore, mom? I swear I didn't mean to call 911, plus that police officer who came to the house was really nice!

He actually dialed ####918 by button mashing but apparently even if it's only a partial dial they still come. I couldn't even find the phone when the officer was here.... Did I mention this was even before breakfast and I was bra-less and in pajamas?

You poor thing! How did they even show up if it was a partial dial? Unless he actually hit 911 how would ems even get the call?

I have no clue! I think it's because the phone was off the hook (it's our landline) when he dialed what he did. I was shocked when the cop knocked on my door!
